Which Enneagram Type Am I? Type 8 or Type 1?

Dec 16, 2021

These are two types that have come up in a recent typing session and a workshop where the women were struggling to determine which one was their dominant type.

Both of these type are in the same body/gut center of intelligence who have an emotional struggle with anger and find autonomy and independence to be very important.

They also both can be natural leaders, hard-working and want to stand up for injustices.

There are some key differences though that you’ll learn about in this video that cover:

Relationship with anger
Using control
View on details
Knowing the right way to do something
Orientation to time

If you’ve already found which type most resonates with you, what ways helped you the most get to that point?
