If you have been patiently waiting for life to "take off" for you, the good news is that you don't have to wait any longer - Your life takes off when you choose for it to. That process isn't always easy, so I'm here to help you navigate through the discomfort and fully receive the good along the way, with the help of the Enneagram and radical self-awareness to ultimately experience the happiest and healthiest version of your life take off.
From years working in public affairs for a Fortune 500 company, then selling advertising and marketing campaigns to companies in the health and fitness space, to most recently, running my own social media marketing business, I have seen what little impact those career accomplishments have on overall happiness in life without intentional effort and plans to be happy on purpose.
Happiness is a right.
You were not meant to suffer. In fact, America's Founding Fathers pledged their lives to the guarantee of the pursuit of happiness. While they couldn't guarantee what would make you happy, you certainty have the inalienable right to it's pursuit whether it be finding your calling, to being a part of a healthy and loving romantic relationship, or to show up in life with more confidence and zest with all you do.
The specifics of how to be happy are unique for each person and require an intentional commitment to uncovering it for yourself.
If you're up for it, I'd love to show you around here and introduce you to one of the most effective (and fun!) self-awareness tools - the Enneagram - in order to become your happiest and healthiest self!
"Who or what did you want to be or become when you grew up? After trying to be them for the last ten or twenty years, do you feel like you just don't have the energy anymore? That's because you were forcing yourself into a role everyone thought you'd be perfect at, expect you."
These words are from Sarah Ban Breathnach of the Simple Abundance book that captures so perfectly one of the top reasons we're not happy - trying to be, do, or have something we don't really want.
I get it because I've done the exact same thing - in love, in my career, in parenting, and how I showed in my day-to-day. Starting over and jumping into uncertainty has been uncomfortable, scary, confusing, and at times, painful.
That's why I've fallen in love with the Enneagram. It's been such an impactful for tool for self-discovering and undoing should's and uncovering want's. I can't wait to introduce you and share more about it with you!
Right away you know you're doing those things out of obligation and you're stuffing the things you DO want so far down you may not even be able to see what they are right now. When you connect with your Enneagram Type, you're able to start stepping into a level of self-awareness you've never had before and let go of the guilt, embarrassment, or negative thinking that's keeping you from having what you really want.
Do you sometimes struggle with feeling you measure up? Feeling in a bit of a funk after a break up? Having a hard time finding your purpose in life? Let's talk! In this 20-minute phone call we'll get into what's going on with one reoccurring issue that's keeping you on the struggle bus and how the Enneagram can help you hop off!
